• 7-Day Exchange Window: Eligible garments may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of acquisition, strictly subject to a comprehensive physical inspection and approval by our atelier.

• Promotional Exclusions: Any creation purchased during a sale, exhibition, or promotional event is strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: To ensure complete transparency, an uninterrupted, uncut unboxing video of the package and the garment is strictly mandatory. No claims will be entertained without this visual proof.

• Condition for Exchange: Replacements or exchanges will only be authorized if the delivered item is definitively damaged, possesses missing components, or differs entirely from your original invoice.
